CASE STUDY #1

The BOOKKEEPING BUSINESS COACH with a Weekly Podcast + Evergreen Offers

  • Objective: Automated Sales of On Demand Course ($1197-$2k) and Hybrid Group Coaching Course+Membership ($2k + $197/mo)

  • Total Overall Timeframe: This case study is built around a 9 month period

  • We started by promoting a lead magnet (a podcast episode turned into a pdf guide!) to a cold audience to grow her list and fill her funnel, and by the end of the first quarter we saw a ROAS of 7X.

  • RESULTS OF LIVE LAUNCH CHALLENGE: 54 opt-ins at $9.34 per registration with 5 sales totaling at minimum $5,985 in revenue from $504 in ads. That’s 11.9X ROAS.

  • Overall Results: 121 Purchases

    • 136 Applications Received (88.9% of all applicants were QUALIFIED leads for this program)

    • Average Cost Per Result is $113.01 (which is excellent - for reference, some high-level industries see $120-250/applicant)

    • 90 students enrolled at the Pay-In-Full Rate

    • 31 students enrolled at the Payment Plan Rate

    • 28 high-ticket enrollments (bookkeeping business program with evergreen coaching subscription)

  • Gross Revenue = $165,881

  • Total Ad Spend: $15,369

  • ROAS: 10.79X

CASE STUDY #2

The B2B COURSE CREATOR

  • Objective: Live Launch 5-Day Challenge + Sell Mid-Ticket Digital Product (priced at $1597)

  • Total Ad Spend: $5090

  • Campaign Timeframe: 6 weeks

  • Challenge Registration Results: 358 new leads

  • Average Cost Per Result: $7

  • Course Sales: 18 Sales (Average CPR is $282, about 18% of purchase price as customer acquisition cost - we usually estimate 30%)

  • Total Revenue: $28,746 (82% Profit!)

  • ROAS: 5.76X

    Bonus! Ripple Effect Results: Some of the leads generated from this launch entered into service agreements for her high-ticket agency services, generating tens of thousands in additional revenue outside of the launch.

  • Enrollments: 12 (annual contracts at $15k ea. | 22% conversion rate)

The WELLNESS BUSINESS COACH + Course Creator

  • Objective: Registrations for 5-Day Challenge Launch Event, and subsequent Purchases of Digital Course Bundle priced at $2437

  • Campaign Timeframe: 8 weeks

  • Total Ad Spend: $81,298.08

  • Total Leads: 3,259

  • Cost Per Lead: $24 per lead (considering the highly niche target market and the time-investment of the entry offer, this is a solid CPL for the b2b health coaching space - for context, we've seen this go as high as $50-100 CPL)

  • Cold Audience Overall Conversion Rate: 3%

  • Total Sales: 95 sales

  • Total Revenue: $231,515+

  • ROAS: 2.8X

    Bonus! Ripple Effect Results: Many of the new leads on her list converted into her subsequent promotion of a high-ticket mastermind, generating another $250k in revenue in the coming weeks after this launch - resulting in ultimately a 5.9X ROAS.
